1. How to submit a request
Email the provider at the published address from the email linked to your account. Include the payment-history order reference, date, amount, payment method, and reason. Never send a full card number, CVV, password, seed phrase, or private cryptographic key. We will acknowledge your message by email and tell you what information is needed to review it.
2. Cancellation and service not delivered
If payment succeeded but wallet funds or minutes were not credited, contact us with the order reference. We will check the payment provider notification and correct the credit or initiate a refund. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and technical failures are reviewed against provider records.
You may leave an order unpaid until it is confirmed. Blockchain crypto transfers generally cannot be cancelled; a wrong network or address may make funds unrecoverable.
3. Used and unused credits
We honor any statutory right to withdraw or receive a refund. If a digital service begins before the withdrawal period ends, the consequences for refunds apply only to the extent permitted by law and where any required separate user consent has been obtained. The value of a used portion may be accounted for only where the law permits; these terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
The exact process for refunding unused wallet funds/minutes and any applicable exceptions must be confirmed against the chosen plan and provider details before live payments are enabled. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible and allowed by law and provider rules. A crypto refund may require proof of address ownership, additional verification, the network, and a return address. The crediting time depends on the bank, payment provider, or blockchain.
4. Review and timing
We review requests without undue delay and email our decision and next steps. The time for a refund transfer is governed by law and the relevant payment provider; any mandatory legal deadline takes priority. Keep the order confirmation and correspondence until your request is resolved.
5. Complaints
The provider’s contact details, including address and telephone, are published below. If you believe a statutory right has been breached, you may contact the competent consumer-protection authority or a court.
